Braised pork ribs with fried chicken feet

Normally I only prepared braised chicken feet with mushrooms which is a popular local Oriental delicacy. This dish usually make its presence during the Chinese festive seasons.

Today, I would like to present something more innovative :

Braised pork ribs with fried chicken legs.



This dish takes a long time to prepared, so if you are in a hurry and hungry, try other "instant" dishes. Peanuts are also added.

Boil the groundnut in some water for 10 to 15 minutes. Then pour out the water and keep the peanuts aside.

Next, prepare a wok full with hot boiling water. Then add in the pork ribs to remove some of the fats.

 
After a few minutes, take out the pork ribs and soak in cold water. Then stir fry the pork rib with chinese wine, soy sauce, a dash of sugar, black sauce, pepper, oyster sauce and five spices.

Do the same for the fried chicken feet. ( I bought fried chicken feet, so need to fry!). Put the fried chicken feet to hot boiling water and then soak in water.



Now, fry some spice with oil in the wok.
Add in the chicken feet, and peanuts, and after some a few minutes, the earlier prepared stir fried pork ribs.

Here's the complete ingredient in the hot wok. Add in a bit of chicken cube, oyster sauce,sesame oil  and black sauce.

Now, pour the chicken feet and peanuts to a pot for braising. Cook with small fire. When the chicken feet are soft, add in the pork ribs as the meat is very easy to get overcooked.
Now, after all the hard work,  get your chopsticks and rice ready.
