Over here in Malaysia, "Cough Season" has caught up with us again. The alternating rain and sun shine plus the presence of fine particles dangles in the air (haze) makes the cough season ever prevalent around this time of the year.
I don't know about other countries but over here, it is very difficult to get rid of it once once is down with a cough. The cough prescription fails most of the time (ever since the government dilute the dosage). So most of the sufferers will be at the mercy of Mr Cough. Maybe need to pray hard so that he goes away pretty soon.

Well, I have been coughing for the past two days. All those Chinese cooling herbs have raised their white flags in warding off Mr Cough. Cannot "stand" already. So it's time to ask for help from Mr Antibiotic capsule( 500 mg of Cephalexin Monohydrate, whatever that is). And with its sidekick Mr Phlegm "star" tablet.

We shall meet 3 times a day after meals. Ok! Ok! Hope to see some favorable result in clearing my cough, sore throat and thick yellowish phlegm.![]()
