Here's another nourishing vegetarian delight which is ready for serving in less than 20 minutes.
Ingredients
1.Bitter gourd
2. Carrot
3. Fermented black soy bean.
4. Vegetarian soy paste sauce
5. ginger, pepper, sugar and salt.
Method
Cut carrot and bitter gourd into chunk sizes and add water and salt to the veggies. Next crush the black soy bean with mortar and pestle till the bean become paste form.
Then add a bit of oil to the wok and followed with slices of ginger. Add carrot, soy paste sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and stir fry for a minute or two, followed by bitter gourd. You can add a bit of thick soy sauce if you prefer darker color gravy.
Stir fry for another minute and add the bean paste prepared earlier on. Add water and cover the wok. After 5 to 10 minutes (when the veggies are soften to your liking), pour the dish to a plate for serving.
